Maintaining Momentum: Adults With ADHD Continuation Group Coaching

Welcome to Maintaining Momentum™

This unique opportunity is for adult professionals who have already done deep coaching or work.  Participants will receive accountability, coaching, and support from the coach in a small group of Adults with ADHD.

Group members should takeaway the confidence in knowing they are not alone with their ADHD and that they can continue to grow and make progress towards their goals and their ADHD.

  • Maintaining Momentum™ is a monthly membership. Although members are encouraged to spend more than one month for continuity, members can cancel anytime with no fees after a month.

What's the Difference Between the Groups?

  • Tuesdays at 7pm EST with Kelly

    • Kelly’s Building and Maintaining Momentum (Tuesdays @ 7pm EST) is for those who are looking for a supportive group of likeminded adults with ADHD to gain habits, routines, support and accountability. This can be for anyone who is starting their coaching journey or continuing.

  • Wednesdays at 12pm EST with Brooke

    • Brooke's Maintaining Momentum (Wednesdays @ 12pm EST) is for professionals with ADHD who are looking for continuation in their actions, goals and habits, accountability and support. This group is for those who have already had 1:1 or group coaching through Coaching With Brooke or other companies.

  • Fridays at 10am EST with Kelly

    • Kelly's Maintaining Momentum (Fridays @ 10am EST) is for adults who have gone through our 3C Activation program or 1:1 Coaching with the 3C Activation tools. This group helps you utilize advanced tools for accountability and support. You will also get access to prerecorded “3C Activation 2” lessons that support you with next level metacognitive and time management tools to prepare you for this group.
