Kelly is an ADHD and Growth Mindset Coach, who focuses on helping her clients adopt a positive mindset, develop self compassion, and identify their individual strengths, as the powerful foundation for lasting change. Kelly is well-versed in the many ways ADHD can manifest in kids, teens and adults, and has an arsenal of tools to help her clients strengthen their executive functioning skills, rewire their brains for more positive thinking, and gain a stronger sense of self worth, all through a compassionate ADHD lens.
Kelly has been mentoring kids, teens and adults, as well as been a vocal coach for the last 13 years. She is the mother of 2 children; one with severe ADHD, and is currently homeschooling, using ADHD friendly teaching styles to adapt to her son’s special needs. She graduated from the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA).
As a mother, and woman with ADHD herself, Kelly understands the struggle of managing family life, a busy household, and building a business, and looks forward to helping her clients turn from overwhelm and low-self esteem, to confidently thriving.
