Márta Vajda, M.Ed., is an educational consultant, coach, and researcher, who is passionate about bringing out the best in students and creative adults with ADHD. Her evidence-based work focuses on improving well-being and achieving and measuring positive lived experiences. She draws on over 12 years of diverse experience in education with a variety of student needs across the globe. She helps motivated students with organizational, time-management, and goal-achieving strategies to improve their specific lifestyle skills and find non-medical ways to better manage ADHD symptoms through online ADHD coaching.
Márta holds degrees in International Relations, Business, and the Social Foundations of Multicultural Education from Florida International University and Florida Atlantic University, respectively. She is pursuing a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in the positive lifelong educational outcomes for students with ADHD. She holds certifications in the Foundations of Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, Educational Consulting, and Teaching English as a Second Language. She is a professional member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), a graduate member of both the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) and the American Educational Research Association (AERA).
She is a writer, abstract artist, rock climber, and avid traveler. While roots started in her native country of Hungary, they've extended far and wide from Canada to the U.S., where she continues to be a lifelong learner building on knowledge about humanistic psychology and social impact that explores the depths of human potential. She believes every student has the capacity to be the best version of themselves and, with the right tools in place, including support, accountability, and the genuine care of a coach, they can live a life with purpose and meaning.
